I bought a deal, where is my voucher?

Your deal voucher is emailed to you within 5 minutes of purchase. You can also log into your account and go to the 'My Deals' link and print your deal voucher there.

How do I use my deal voucher?

Follow the directions printed on the voucher. Some deals say 'Redeem with Merchant' which means that you can print your voucher and take it directly to the location. Other deals say 'Redeem Online' which means that you can go to the specified website and enter your redemption code to redeem online.

How long does my deal voucher last?

See the expiration date listed on the voucher. The deals are usually good for use between 6-12 months.

I bought a deal that I didn't mean to. Can I get a refund?

Sure! As long as your purchase is within 30 days, we will be happy to refund your purchase. Our deal support team would be happy to help, just send them an email by clicking the Customer Support link at the bottom of the page.

Do I have to create an account before purchase?

Yes. Go ahead and click the Buy button and then you will be prompted to login or create a new account before you reach the checkout page. Once your purchase is complete, you can view your deal vouchers under My Account in My Deals.

Do I have to use the whole voucher at one time?

Usually yes. Vouchers are only good for one time use unless otherwise stated on the voucher. If you do not spend the full amount of the voucher, there is no cash value over that which you paid initially for the voucher.
